I once had an account to log into the ICC, but I have forgotten both my username and password. I did what I was supposed to do when you forget your username and password as well as sent a message to the support team, but I have not received anything back. They say an e-mail has been sent to me, but there is nothing in my inbox, spam, or junk mail. Is there an actual person who I can speak to get get this matter resolved? I hate getting support ONLY through e-mail, it is extremely frustrating.
Over the past few years the level real support from ICC support services has diminished. This is also the situation with server maintenance and upgrades, particularly as to their client for Windows.
The OP might want to try opening a new account, if that is possible. I’m not sure that one is limited in that regard as the FICS server is in preventing one from opening a new account. If that is the case, by using a VPN, you might be able to do a work around in creating a new account.
