My chess club is an affiliate, and I am trying to create a USCF account for it so that we can start having rated tournaments. In order to do so, the website has told me I must login as myself, not as the affiliate, and I must be listed in the USCF’s records as an officer of the affiliate. How do I go about registering myself as an officer?
