Does anyone use Vegachess?

I have submitted several events with Vegachess, as of this post, it is still working.

That’s great to hear. I’ve been running Linux for over 20 yrs now and haven’t had any problems. It was really nice to see a full featured pairing program that ran on Linux and Vega is just that. There is also a program called JavaPairing that runs on any platform that supports Java. It does not support USCF but it has a pairing algorithm (in addition to the FIDE supported ones) called Amalfi that is very interesting. Maybe instead of accelerated pairings.

WinTD defaults its tiebreaks to those used by the Scholastic Nationals. That’s great if you are running one of those, but not so good for everything else. There’s probably a historical reason for it that hasn’t been updated.

Is that what the WinTD default set is? I noticed it wasn’t the 34E order.
