Is it normal for an event submitted at 3:42 PM yesterday for rating to still show in the TD/Support area as “Queued for Rating” – 22 hours later?
Something seems to be “stuck” (definitely a technical term). I just went looking for a crosstable for an event that ended yesterday in the TD/Affiliate support area, and there were NO events available with an ending date of 3/11/2012, although there were events with an ending date of 3/10/2012. (No points for guessing which event I was looking for, Brian! )
There was a hang-up with one event that was causing the program to exit before it rated any events. That one event is still being resolved, the other events should be rated and posted now.
