A week ago, i submitted an exception request for a duplicate membership, but have heard nothing beyond the email acknowledging receipt of the request.
this particular duplicate membership (longtime member of our club) has existed for quite sometime but has become issue now that we’re submitting tournaments via td/affiliate forms. It’s holding up rating on a couple of tournaments.
What needs to be done is for one the membership #s (newer one I’d think) to be eliminated and tourney’s played under it transferred to older #.
How to proceed?
