Bill explained the situation as I understand it to be. No grand conspiracy theories needed, Oliver Stone and Michael Moore should look elsewhere for material.

I don’t recall exactly when dual-rating came to pass, probably during the DeFeis era. (Which may explain the double fee, George was very good at finding small things to charge for and not so good at the big things, like watching the bottom line.)

In any event, that situation will only continue for about another month.
