A FIDE Arbiters Seminar will be available starting Monday March 22, 2010 in the mornings/afternoons during the week of World Amateur Chess Championships.
Those interested in becoming a FIDE Arbiter, under the new rules in place since July 2009, will need to attend a FIDE Arbiters Seminar.
More information will be available on this such as full schedule and costs in the next 2 weeks.

Does that mean there are 2 sessions, one in the morning or one in the afternoon OR that there is one session that meets both in the morning and in the afternoon? Not likely that I’ll be able to make it, but I am interested.
