What is the status of the legal decision whether to pull discussion threads and posts regarding specific brand name items which can not be named on this forum?
It has been quite a bit of time so that a decision should be made either yea or nay.

All right, once again, what is the status of the threads that have been frozen on the MonRoi device?
I just received a device for testing on monday of this week. a report and recommendations will be made to the office and the EB early next week.
I’m glad that you have a device for testing and I’m sure that you will make a thorough report. I think, though, that we’ve passed the point where it makes sense to suspend discussion on this item. What do the features of the device itself have to do with the question of whether or not we’re allowed to discuss it?
Yep, tanstaafl is right!!!
Where’s the beef?!?!?
Why hasn’t anyone addressed this frozen subject at all and ignored tanstaafl’s and my requests for answers?
The MonRoi device is presently being used to good effect at the Spring FIDE tournament in the Chicago area.
The offending poster has seemed to cease posting here lately.
There is no apparent reason to suspend discussion on the MonRoi device or any other proprietary product that deals with chess.
Where’s the moderator Mike Nolan on this forum communicating?
Where are Bill Hall our beloved ED communications?
What is going on with the USCF’s administration?
As a sardonic quote from a favorite movie of mine would say, “What we have here is a failure to communicate.”
See the comment in the USCF Issues forum.
