20N. Electronic communication devices. Electronic devices including but not limited to cell phones, pagers, computers, PDA, Blackberry, remote internet access, two way radios and palm PC are strictly forbidden to be used in the tournament room. Exempted from these regulations are chess clocks, approved electronic scoresheets and personal wristwatches (without alarm).
