I remember the day when the USCF would publish rating lists annually in the magazine. The OTB rating list was published separately from the correspondence list. I guess those days are gone. Is there a place on the website where I can view the entire USCF OTB and correspondence rating list? Are summary statistics of ratings published? In the old days you could see the average rating with and without the scholastic members included.

They have a whole area online that deals with ratings, called the Members Service Area (MSA)

Basically that is the rating list plus.
