the links to the July and August Golden DB

the links to the July and August Golden DB appear to be broken.

I got the August by manually inserting the “Q” in the URL.

And still got a 404 error from the server.

For the regular/quick rating files, I too found the links broken which appear in the matrix format, but the links to the August files which appear in the text right before each table (supplement and golden) do work.
