We are getting closer to that time of the year when people are forming teams for ameatur team east. I’m looking for a team for myself to play board 3 or 4 on. You can see my uscf id to check to see that im active.
Come on down to the US Amateur Team South, where the February temperatures in Orlando will be in the mid-70’s, and I’ll get a team for you.

Ameatur South is too small. I’ve been playing team east since 2005.
Smaller = better chance to win!
Plus im from NY so i can take time off and see friends. plus i dont care about winning. ive never won at ameatur team east and probably never will but i dont care because the event is awesome. south, west and central are too small and no fun. Ameatur team east has over 1000 players every year

Ameatur South is not fun at all. No competition at all.
Have you ever played in the South? The South also often wins the whole thing.
Ameatur south is way too small. I do need a team soon so if anyone knows someone looking for a 1800 board 4 for ameatur team east let me know.
