It appears there is one or two individuals at least are trying to destabalize discussions. Maybe we should have a forum for this. When you see the History of participation there are individuals having a final say and they don’t seem to like that others get their word in. This is a “DISCOURSE” group. What’s being done is counter productive to progress.
