A piece of mail from US Chess (the one about giving a donation) was sent to my old address that I haven’t lived at for over a year and a half. I changed my address in my dashboard right when I moved a year and a half ago. Is there another place I need to update my address to avoid mail from US Chess going to my old address or does US Chess not have all its ducks in a row with address changes?

I received a recent mailing soliciting donation twice with the same address, but slightly different versions of my name. This gives me the impression that they send letters to the addressee associated with past donations, in addition to current members.
Postage, envelopes and printer ink ain’t cheap when you multiply by a few thousand. Not to mention that staff had to stuff those envelopes.
I doubt staff did any envelope stuffing, those mailings are usually farmed out to companies that specialize in bulk mailings.
