Does anyone own one of the DGT Easy Game Timer clocks that are advertized on the USCF site in the upper right hand corner.
Any comments on the clock. Does it hold up well and can it be set easily?

I have been a beta-tester of DGT Easy Plus and I did owned DGT Easy for some short period of time to evaluate it.
Both are very well-designed clocks and can be set easily. DGT projects pitches DGT Easy as an alternative to analog clocks, as it has only one feature : simple count-down. The price is about the same or higher than analog, I do not see the reason to prefer it over analog, especially for scholastic audience.
DGT Easy Plus is much different story, as it supports North American type of delay and Fischer (increment), making it suitable for wider range of audience and tournaments. It is obvioulsy more expensive.
None of the models support periods, DGT wants you to buy premium DGT XL
for that.
Hope that helps.
