If you launch a website or web page about your local chess club, do keep in mind that the internet is used by persons all over the world and maybe some persons in space. Therefore, remember to specify which town: include the province or state, and the country, on the home page. There are a lot of Andovers and a lot of Orange Counties.
The only Andover Chess Club that I know of meets in Metheuen, MA. 
Yes, I have noticed a couple of club websites which listed a street address but no city address or zip code. Hard to do a GPS to find a club without at least the town’s name. Our club’s website, at mchess.freehostia.com , includes a link to help find the club in Monroeville, Pa. We recently updated our Upcoming Events list for 2016.
Even with a simple website, it takes time and effort to constantly keep the website current. It is easy to let that lapse for a bit.
I went to college in Lancaster PA with a guy from Monroeville. Closest I ever got to there was a stop over in Belle Vernon with my ex-wife to visit her great aunt back in 1989. My ex’s father was from Pittsburgh and got me into following the Steelers.
We’ve had good response also from having a club page on Facebook.
