Chess Life Collection - FREE to good home

I have probably 20 or so years of Chess Life magazines through August of this year that I would like to dispose of. I have not yet inventoried the entire collection, but I’m trying to free up some space and would like to give them to someone (or a library or a chess club) who could put them to use before I recycle them. I live in Lisle, IL (25 miles west of Chicago) and would be willing to deliver within a short distance or you could pick them up. I also would not mind shipping them to someone who is willing to pay the shipping costs. Local pickup will get precedence.

If you are interested, please send an email to jldavid at freeshell dot org (replace at and dot, obviously - trying to avoid spam bots that might find this message).

I find if you lay them out or stack them up on a table

at a scholastic event then there will be about a half dozen

kids that will be interested in carrying the majority of them

off to their homes… Frank K. Berry

The National Youth Action will be in Oakbrook in November. You can check the events tab on il-chess.org for various upcoming tournaments.
