Who do I need to contact in combining games of duplicate ID?

Anyone in the membership department should be able to take care of combining two IDs, including all ratings history since 1/1/2004.

If both IDs have ratings history from prior to 1/1/2004, the process is a bit more complicated, and the IDs probably need to be reviewed by the ratings specialists.

If these IDs are part of a tournament you are submitting, you can use the ‘office action’ membership exception request form to give the office the details on the two memberships.

Otherwise, please e-mail them to jmisner@uschess.org.

Unless otherwise specified, the USCF will generally keep the lower numbered of the two IDs.

The ID’s are all issued in 2005.
