Duplicate IDs - but not in *my* tournament

Hi all (MIKE help!)!

I’m the co-director of a club and was talking with a gentleman about his tournament experience. His ID is 12945816 (Dwayne Manlove, Sr). He has played in one tournament, but his experience got transferred over to a new non-member, represented by 12954983 (David Manlove). How do we make David disappear, and transfer the tournament result to Dwayne, Sr who actually played?

Lest you think Dwayne is trying to steal someone else’s rating, please note that in another section of the same tournament, his son (12920650 - Dwayne Manlove, Jr) also played in his first tournament!

Sounds like a false duplicate. I’ll be working on a new office interface for that next week. I’ll get back to you if I need any more information.
