Greetings,
Tonight is the final round of the June Swiss 90 (4SS, G/90+30, $10 entry, USCF-rated, prizes)! Next month starts the July Mating Game (4SS, G30/d10, USCF-rated, prizes) for the first 2 Tuesdays and the July Quick (6SS, G24/d5, Quick-rated, prizes) for the final 2 Tuesdays.
I checked on my missing game from 2001 and found out that it would have put me over 1700 for the 1st time. Fortunately, I was not paying much attention to my rating back then and went over 1700 three months later. So, I have come to terms with removing it from my entire collection of USCF games (875) like the USCF did years ago.
However, I just couldn’t delete it. So, it is going into my Published Games database. Here is the key position from the game. It is Black to move.
