It’s more interesting how this affects USCF & Rex. Certainly, Gary is better than Kirsan. However USA policy is against the use of bribery among other countries. Leong is far from being a poor man, but better to collect a million+ than to spend it. How much will the American, Rex, will spend in this campaign, we will probably never know.
Dylan knows how to get that inside information. Certainly no one would have known anything about this without his research.
