I just used for the first time, the name chnage function in the TD/Affiliate Support Area. I must say that it was very helpful in fixing the reversed name issue (last name first). However, is there any chance we can change the spelling of a name? I understand the issue with this. However, what if we limit this function to the TD or affiliate that purchased the membership.

I also would very much like to be able to add DOB’s and Addresses for my students through a form like this. I have over 1,000 children that need this info updated. Is this ever going to be available? Perhaps under the same guidelines I have mentioned above.

You can change the spelling of the name providing that it is a relatively small change. (You could change Brown to Browne, for example, but you couldn’t change Smith to Jones.)

You can submit address and birthdate changes through the TD/A membership module, there’s an ‘address change’ transaction type towards the bottom of the list. Thus you could create an Excel spreadsheet with those 1000 changes on it.
