New chess.com analysis on online cheating

A WSJ article on chess.com’s latest analysis of online cheating:

https://www.wsj.com/sports/online-chess-cheating-report-ef4e6e59?st=o114iysnlkd26wz&reflink=desktopwebshare_permalink

IMHO the most significant part of article: chess.com plans to make public the list of high rated players that are kicked off the platform for cheating.

Cue the lawyers!

Nolan,
It would be interesting if it could be called cheating for people who missed to call triple occurrence of position either intentionally or not. It’s equally intriguing the miscues of picking up clock. I have my reservations that it would be more than a few people. Thank you for the WSJ article.
Then there is the cheating that goes unreported because individuals who get a perfect score, that would end debate on the wall charts. Obviously I’m not a big time player so my experience is not something like the Sinquifield Cup or any on-line tournament. Look at Magnus Carlsens’ games, a lot of his games could have been much shorter. His games drag out to a certain point to play out a debate through the endgame.
