An unofficial summary of the motions passed by the Delegate was posted the day after the meeting. A revised copy of that in PDF form has just been posted. This is still an unofficial report, but it has been reviewed by several individuals and should be a fairly complete and accurate summary of what was passed by the Delegates.
The rules changes regarding writing moves down after making them and the use of move recording devices both passed and will be effective January 1, 2007.
