Is there a way to submit the PGN files for FIDE rated events?
Also, what are the regulations for FIDE on rating matches?

I will have to ask the FIDE office about how to submit PGN files for an event, the new web interface that the Ratings Officer for a FIDE member federation will be able to use to submitrating reports to FIDE does not appear to have that capability.
I’m also not sure about matches, so I’ll have to ask about that as well.
