Player's membership renewal not processed yet

Hi,

I ran a tournament this past weekend and had a player who renewed their membership through registering for the Philadelphia Open in a couple of weeks. I assume this means that the membership renewal won’t be processed until then. Can I still submit the event for rating or do I have to wait for that to process?

You have to wait for the membership to be submitted. If you send me a PM with the player’s name I’ll submit the membership. Normally it can be done at any time up to the end of the tournament.
