PHas anyone else gotten the message “Processing Error” when trying to submit a tournament rating report online (last one was about 9 pm EST on February 1st)?
IIRC, this make two “area not working” occasions in the past two weeks.
I tried calling the Tech Support Help Desk, but there was just a busy signal.
Looks like there was a problem with credit card processing from around 5:30 PM until around 11PM (central time) but it appears to be working again. The problem appears to have been at the company that handles our credit card processing, Authorizenet.
