Is there somewhere online I can find the listings of special referees and their phone numbers?

Can we get the updated link posted to this thread?
(I tried, in tournament earlier today, searching the forums for “Special Referee”, this was the first obvious link I found on Page 2. I was actually looking for a phone number for a particular special referee. Note to said person: one of the other computer TDs found your number by Googling you. 
And it was not a formally requested appeal, either. Oh well, I digress.)
And I am so printing out a copy of that list when I find it again/someone posts it and adding it to my knowledge book…
Update: Now that I’m not under time pressure, I found the link in the TD/A support area, leading back into the old website, last updated September 2007. Is that page still current?
Second update: It is reachable through About USCF → Governance → Reports → specialreferee-2007.php . This appears to be the only link for this, leading to:

So I suppose I’ve answered my own questions, assuming that the “Updated September 2007” list is still the current one. Might be nice to update that showing that it is still current, assuming it is.
Try changing ‘www.uschess.org’ to ‘archive.uschess.org’.
