The announcement on the TD/A homepage says that the TD/A area will be down from midnight thru about “6 am” Wedesday April 4th.
I didn’t say in what time zone. 
TD/A was actually back online ahead of 5AM central time, but there was a problem with the new system that didn’t show up until around 8AM that was causing the database server to lock up. It took me about 3 hours to track down the cause. (It was actually only affecting webstore orders, but it was causing the system to lock out everyone.)
