Perhaps email also. I emailed the office about the down server because I was working on an email blast - and it received no response.

Email is working fine, at least remotely, but something went down in Crossville a little after 4:30 CDT, and that may have impacted staff’s ability to access the mail server (which is hosted on the cloud) from the office.

I know it’s not a power issue or a problem with the network connection to Crossville, but the database server is either down or unreachable. I don’t have any other details or an ETA on repairs, but the people who service that equipment are aware of the problem.

The problem was resolved just before 8AM central time. There may be some cleanup work needed but it looks like nothing major.
