I think this forum is our new TD Corner. 
For understandable reasons, Tim Just has never wanted to include, as questions with distinct right and wrong answers, god-awful messes like the “unrated can win at most $50” currently raging in another thread.

I sent the TD Corner for April to USCF on 2/27/05. Perhaps with the move and all it got put aside for more immediate needs. I would guess it will appear as soon as the workload from the move gets caught up.
