I apologize if this is covered elsewhere; I did a seach of the forums but came up empty.
Are games in a theme tournament (i.e. one where the first N moves are the same for each game) rateable?

Opening theme tournaments are USCF ratable.
Odds games (piece odds or time odds) are not USCF ratable, though several members of the ratings committee have seemed favorably disposed towards rating time odds games.
I know this has been discussed in past threads, try searching on ‘opening theme’.
