Unfortunately there truly isn’t any such animal as a “tournament clearinghouse”. TLAs are only as good as TDs/TOs are to post their tournaments, and many don’t.

Did the tournament clearinghouses go out of business? I know that in the old, printed rating supplements there was a list of them, and I know that in Oklahoma all organizers received a list from Harold Ball of all upcoming tournaments. He’s been the clearinghouse there for a long time.
