USCF sales site is down but HOS is up? I wanted to take advantage of the book sale. Thank you in advance.
Try again, the site appears to be up to me. (I assume you know the USCF doesn’t run that site.)
Yes I do that is what is odd. I can get to the HOS site but not the USCF sales site. It is the link that is not working I only get a blank page. I will try and reboot my computer. Thanks for the reply Nolan.

It’s hanging up again and I am not having a problem with my lap top. The search function at the HOS has a lot left to be desired. Have one book in my basket and trying to find Shaw’s King Gambit book and the search is not working well. Very frustrating.
Now I am on a super fast new desk top and after I put one book in the shopping cart and search on my next book it hangs up and I get a white screen once again. Doubt if they have that much traffic this time of day. I can go on to their own site HOS and order anything I want but then the USCF doesn’t cut any revenue from it. What gives?
Are you using the same browser on the various different computers that you have tried? If so maybe try a different browser and see if that helps.

It’s a matter of browsers. I tried IE and it went right through. For some reason Chrome is getting hung up but only after the first item is added to the basket then you try to continue to shop. Firefox I don’t have installed as of yet on this new computer but my guess is it works fine too.
Sometimes having too much stuff in temporary files or the browser cache can cause sites to stop working, too. IE is especially good at that.
