I get this error when trying to view it

Some error on USCF part or mine?

Must be my computer since the issue loads on my laptop!
You may have caught it in transition. Try it on that computer again, if it still doesn’t work, let Phil Smith know. If there are compatibility issues with certain types of computers he needs to know about them.
