Why aren't submitted tournaments being rated?

I have just submitted a tournament this tournament 0:30AM central time, and it still has not been rated this morning. Can anyone tell me why?

We usually do not rate events submitted after 11PM (central time) until 9AM the following morning, as that’s our overnight systems maintenance window.

Also, today we are creating the April Supplement (the final cutoff was at 11PM last night), so we will not be rating any new events until that process is completed sometime this afternoon.

I already submitted a tournament this morning at 5:30 eastern. I understand that it is overnight systems maintance window. Now it is 5:36 pm eastern and the tournament is not in. Do I have to resubmit?

It looks like the last step of the supplement cutoff process, which started at about 3:30, will run another 3-4 hours.

No, in fact the crosstable is probably being posted to MSA as I write this note at 11:53PM.
