Are you still listed as TD on your affiliate’s dashboard? They have had issues in the past with some of my TD’s disappearing from that list. If that is the problem, contact the office to review the problem.
Try recreating the upload files. It may be that either the affiliate ID or the TD ID in the upload files had a typo. I’ve changed it so it should show the TD ID as well as the affiliate ID in that error message.

In copying the files to my back up external drive, the files became corrupted. Regeneralted the report files and worked fine.
