I’ve been working on some pages for advanced beginners (not necessarily kids). You can find them on Facebook as Chess From Square Two or from 518games.com/chess/Game1.php and the pages that follow.
I started this because almost every instructional site I’ve seen is for established tournament players or is at the “find the one-move knight fork” level.
I’ll appreciate any comments on these pages, or pointers to other sites for the 1000-1300 skill level.
