What were the three tiebreak criteria listed. TB2 was obviously game points, but it wasn’t clear what TB1 and TB3 were.
TB1 is probably “Sonneborn-Berger for teams” which is what FIDE calls our USAT tie break. (Sum across matches of opponent’s match points x score vs that opponent). TB3 looks about the correct level to be Buchholz (what we would call Solkoff).
TB1 is FIDE’s Olympiad SB tiebreak for teams, number of game points scored against opponent multiplied by that opponent’s number of match points. However, it is modified by excluding the opponent who scored the lowest number of match points.
TB2 is total number of game points.
TB3 is sum of the match points of 10 best opponents, again excluding the lowest score.
