I am having a problem with a Chronos Chess Clock and the company that makes them, DCI Game Clocks, does not return phone calls made to their phone number, 650-961-3924. Does anyone have another way of contacting them aside from writing a snail mail to them?

My experience has been that he does eventually return all calls.

They did return a call over a month ago, and left a voice message.

I called back after they left the message, and have attempted numerous times after that to no avail.

I had been considering the purchase of a Chronos clock. This is good information to know.

My recent experience with DCI has been more positive. Although they’ve apparently got their phones set to rollover to voicemail immediately, my calls have been returned within a day. I’m now going to see how good their repair service is, as I’m about to send in a Blitz to be fixed. The price certainly seems reasonable: $15 for most repairs, which includes return shipping.

Today we received our clock back, fully repaired for $15. Two week turnaround, and they threw in two pairs of spare button caps for good measure. Color me a satisfied customer.
