Is the CL Articles forum closed? I don’t see “New Topic” at the top left.

Members cannot start topics in that forum, they can only post to topics that are created by the publications department.

Actually, the way to comment on an article that has not been commented on before, is to go to the bottom of that article, accessed from the home page. There you will see a link that says you can be the first to comment on that article.
Note that not all articles have a comment link.

I looked at the first 2 articles and they had the links.
The next 2 didn’t.
Now, that’s odd. All the articles should have a comment link.
