Club Listings on USChess Website

I’m not sure if this is the right sub-forum in which to post this question, but here goes…

We need to make some changes to the information for our club shown on this page: http://www.uschess.org/index.php/Chess-Clubs.html. I have tried using the “Share Your Feedback” online form to get this changed, but have never received a reply and the requested change has not been made.

What do we need to do in order to make changes to this listing? Details will be greatly appreciated!

Go to My Dashboard on the first screen and select your affiliate. Then you can manage information.

Oops after trying it I find that the affiliate information (one of the top buttons) goes to “page not found”.

Glad to know I’m not the only one!

Our meeting night has changed. Our listing is telling viewers that we meet Tuesday nights, when in fact we are now meeting on Wednesday nights.

What, exactly, do I have to do to get this corrected in our club listing?? There are other things we would like to change there, too.

There should be someone authorized to update the affiliate information using the new (Drupal) interface, but I don’t know how to to find out who that is.

You could write membership@uschess.org, they should at least be able to tell you who can make the change.
