Correspondence Chess Apps

Are there any USCF approved apps that help you keep track of Correspondence chess games and positions. If not what is the best way to keep track of these matches and positions?

Thanks in advance.

You can do that fairly easily with most chess database programs like Fritz, Chessbase, Chess Assistant, Arena, etc. One of the nice things about Fritz/Chessbase it that it has the ability to print out correspondence cards.

I notice you’re not registered with ICCF. Where do you play your CC? BTW, I agree with Mr. Lafferty. I use ChessBase.

I use Post-A-Log.

Isn’t that the old non-computer (pre-computer) correspondence chess filing system. If so, I recommend stepping into the world of computers.

I use EC Tool (no longer supported, but very good) for my games via post.

Mods: it’s free. Please leave the link up.

But if I weren’t the webserver TD for my preferred domestic correspondence chess organization, I wouldn’t be playing post (or worse, email). Webserver play obviates all the pesky record keeping.

I play all my correspondence on ICCF- Postal and Email are just too unreliable

I think email and snail mail are more than reliable enough. However, snail mail has gotten expensive. Last I checked, post card from the US to Europe was over $1.

I agree, webserver is way superior.
I can not find any Correspondence post event cross tables on the US Chess website. Does anyone know where I can find that?
