Yesterday I uploaded a rating report and the tournament has already been rated. Today I discovered that I made an error: two ID numbers were switched and with them the two players, who now have all the wrong results. How can I correct this mistake? I can’t edit the report any more, since the event has already been rated.

Walter will need:
* The 12 digit USCF event ID and event name
* The section number and name
* The players' pairing numbers
* The players' USCF IDs and names
* If player IDs need to be changed, list the correct IDs and player names
* If game results need to be changed, list the results as originally reported and the corrections needed
