Getting a list of MN players

How would one go about getting a email/snail mail list for all MN players, so that a tournament flyer can be sent out?

Keep in mind that there are likely a significant number of players who are not members of their state chapter affiliate.

US Chess only has email addresses for about 70% of members, and while US Chess does not sell lists of email addresses, you can have an email blast sent out by US Chess on your behalf. Members may opt out of these email blasts.
