I need some help. Back durning the Clinton Administration (exaggeration), I mailed a letter to the USCF requesting the exam to advance my TD status. It never came. Since then my club membership has expired. I understand the USCF is under some strain, but is there someone who can assist me?

I was in the same situation, what Larry did was re-certify me to Club level until I ran three tournaments, then when you meet the requirements, you can apply for Local TD.

Have looked at your MSA history, as you did give you’re full name. You do have the requirements with tournaments and entries. After you take you’re test and pass, will welcome you into the club.
