Has this event been submitted for rating yet? Who was the Chief TD?
I think Phil Smith was in charge of the back room and thus would most likely be the one submitting the rating report.
I don’t see any indication that the HB event has been uploaded by the TD or received in the mail by the USCF office.
It takes a lot of work to get the report for a big event like that one ready to rate, and not all TDs consider that a high priority task.
With the large number of GM’s playing, I assume there will be a number of them who do not yet have a USCF ID, and there were probably quite a few other membership issues to deal with.
