For $50 I bought a database of 3 million chess game scores from Convekta. The database came on a DVD, in the form of a .PGN file.
I had to convert a copy of the .PGN into ChessBase’s .CBH format, to make it practical.
Recently I was surprised to learn that some games I played long ago are on this DVD. I found games from other local players I know. Some are strong class level players, but they are not masters.
I think this variety of Elo’s represented is a good thing.
Question: HOW does a Tournament Organizer -or- Director SUBMIT his .PGN file to Convekta or ChessBase?
Thank you.
