Personalized Score Sheets for a club

Considering the US Chess scoresheets have that box, I think you’d win that appeal.

What if there was a qr code on the top right?

It can be really handy if someone is viewing it later, perhaps someone who didn’t write the scoresheet but wonders where it came from…

It could be either the qr code for chessnut.club, or to the specific club’s chessnut.club landing page. Either one puts more users on chessnut.club, interacting with either the club in point, or the software that allowed the club to print self branded scoresheets.

Just a thought…

That’s an interesting idea, I’ll have to think about that one.

There is also a new place in Chess Nut called “My Games” that might be appropriate where you can enter the pgn and store it for later reference. It pulls in all of your matches at all the clubs you participate in and is searchable by opening, event name, opponent, etc. The opening is auto classified based on the moves

I could see a side function of this being a “game of the month” voting system…

For example, members of the club could submit their best game to the club, which members can then vote on for the ‘game of the month’.

Maybe I’m just gunshy, but I don’t trust QR codes that I don’t know where they came from.
