Players name has disappeared

I happened to be looking at the rating report of a tournament I ran last year, uschess.org/msa/XtblMain.php?202111071802.6, and noticed the name of the player with ID 16824864 has disappeared.

Searching for ID 16824864 on the current player search tool brings up no results but the old player search tools at least bring up a link you can click on to get to his MSA page. You can get to the players MSA page via this URL: uschess.org/msa/MbrDtlMain.php?16824864

On this page, if you search for ID 16824854, it lists the players email instead of his name, uschess.org/datapage/gamestats.php

What would cause this to happen?

Looks like a data entry error, possibly in filling out a membership web form.
